Return & Exchange Policy

At Daffodils, each piece is made with intention — handcrafted on order to celebrate Indian craft in modern silhouettes. Due to the nature of our made-to-order production, we do not accept returns for refunds. However, we want you to love what you receive, and we're happy to offer exchanges in certain cases.

Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchanges only if:

• The item is damaged or defective upon delivery

• You have received the wrong product or size

• The issue is reported within 2 days of delivery

• The garment is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
   

To request an exchange, please WhatsApp us at xxx with:

• Order number

• Reason for exchange

• Photos of the issue (if applicable)
   

Once approved, we’ll initiate a pickup and process your exchange.

Please Note:

• We do not offer refunds, only exchanges or store credit

• Exchanges are subject to availability of stock

• Products bought during sale periods or with discounts are not eligible for return or exchange

• Customised or altered pieces are non-exchangeable
